I am having issues with watching the livestream event.

Try watching at a lower quality by hovering over the player and click on the text that says Best, 720, 480, 360, or 240. Start with the lowest bit rate and work your way up so that the stream plays back smoothly. We recommend viewing on an up-to-date version of Firefox or Chrome. If you’re still experiencing issues, please contact us at explore@harman.com with the description or the problem and our support the team will reply back as soon as possible. I’m still waiting for the session to start streaming, but it’s now after the session start time.

Don’t worry, the session should begin soon. Be patient and simply refresh your browser after a couple of minutes. You can also try using another device (mobile or tablet) to watch the event from there.

I’ve maxed out the volume, but it’s still too quiet.

Headphones recommended for the ultimate viewing and listening experience.

I am having issues with the audio during the livestream, what should I do?

For audio troubleshooting, first check that the volume in the player is turned up. If yes, then check that your computer has the sound turned on and the volume up by going to your computer’s audio settings and pressing the test sounds, or navigating to another video on the web and making sure you can hear audio through your computer speakers or headphones.

How soon after the EXPLORE event airs live will it be available on demand?

The Lifestyle and Automotive OnDemand videos will be available to watch starting the 8th of January. For the Lifestyle OnDemand video, please come back to this page explore.harman.com/2021/lifestyle. For the Automotive OnDemand video, please head to the explore.harman.com/automotive.

How long will on demand event version be available?

The Lifestyle on demand content will be available on the platform for 30 days starting January 8th. The Automotive video will stay on the platform for a foreseeable future.
